Looking for an Enrollment Form?
Most enrollment and licensing forms are completed electronically through our secure Parent Portal. Families who have been offered enrollment will receive instructions and access to the required forms by email.
Need Help Paying for Child Care?
The Children's Place accepts several childcare subsidy and assistance programs, including eligible programs administered through the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE).
Please note: TCP does not process or submit subsidy applications on behalf of families. Families are responsible for applying directly with the appropriate funding agency and completing its eligibility and approval process.
If you are interested in childcare assistance through RCOE, you can learn about eligibility and apply directly through their Early Care and Education program.
Enrollment using subsidized childcare cannot be finalized until TCP receives and accepts the appropriate authorization or Certificate of Child Care Services from the funding agency. Families awaiting subsidy approval may choose to enroll as private-pay, subject to space availability.
